Due to the mystical nature of our POD relics, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless items arrive damaged or altered by cosmic interference.

If your relic is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@neonsorcerers.com and our devoted coven will attempt to rectify the disturbance.

Refunds, if approved, will be conjured back to your original payment method.
